Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Pomé Pharmacy, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmacy, health, and personal-use productsall sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

This policy is in place to comply with health and safety regulations and to ensure the integrity of all products distributed to our customers.


No Returns Policy (Health & Safety Compliance)

All products sold by Pomé Pharmacy are considered non-returnable and non-resalable once they leave our control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Over-the-counter (OTC) medications
  • Supplements and ingestible products
  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Any product intended for bodily use or application

Even if unopened, we cannot guarantee that products have been stored or handled according to required safety standards once delivered. Therefore, returns are strictly prohibited.


Limited Exceptions

We will only review requests under the following circumstances:

✅ Damaged products upon delivery
✅ Incorrect items shipped by Pomé Pharmacy

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • You must provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Description of the problem

If approved, Pomé Pharmacy may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Issue store credit

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are issued only in exceptional circumstances.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Opened or unopened products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Items returned without prior written authorization


Additional Non-Refundable Services & Items

In addition to physical products, the following are strictly non-refundable due to their nature and immediate access/use:

  • Group support sessions (live or recorded)
  • Surgery preparation materials, kits, or guidance
  • Instructional content, educational materials, or digital resources related to care or procedures

These offerings provide immediate value upon purchase and cannot be returned, reversed, or reused. Therefore, all sales for these services and materials are final.


Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all order details are correct before purchase
  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Reviewing product details and usage guidelines prior to ordering

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Pomé Pharmacy is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order with Pomé Pharmacy, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Refusal of future service
  • Submission of dispute evidence to the payment processor
